How AI Resumes protects your data

1. Information we collect
AI Resumes collects account information (name, email, billing details), resume and job-description content you upload, generated outputs, and limited usage analytics (browser type, IP, timestamps) required to maintain platform security.
2. How we use data
Your content is used solely to provide resume-tailoring services, generate ATS reports, and improve product reliability. We do not sell or share your data with external advertisers. Third-party processors such as Razorpay (payments) and OpenRouter/OpenAI (LLM APIs) receive only the minimum data necessary to deliver their service.
3. Storage, security & retention
All uploads are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We store resumes for 90 days and delete them 30 days after you remove them from your account. We retain invoices and billing records for statutory tax compliance.
4. Emails & marketing
We send transactional emails (verification, password reset, invoices) as part of the service. Marketing updates are optional and include unsubscribe links. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your profile settings.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 72 hours and fulfill deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
