AI Resumes delivers software and digital outputs only. No physical shipping is involved.
1. Immediate access
After successful payment, your subscription upgrades instantly and additional credits become available without any delay. All resume files generated through AI Resumes remain downloadable from the dashboard.
2. Delivery channels
Outputs (HTML, PDF, DOCX) are delivered through secure download links inside the application. We do not send resumes by email to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Failed deliveries
If you cannot access generated files or encounter an error on download, contact [email protected]. Our team will restore access or regenerate the file within one business day.
4. Data retention
Uploaded resumes and generated content remain in your account for 90 days. You can delete assets at any time from the history page, after which they are purged from our storage within 30 days.
5. Refund requests
For billing disputes or refund requests, refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund decisions do not impact access to previously generated downloads unless otherwise stated.
