AI Resumes Terms of Service

1. Agreement & eligibility

By creating an account or using AI Resumes you agree to these Terms of Service and represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful, defamatory, or confidential materials that you do not have rights to share. You may not attempt to probe or disrupt our infrastructure, scrape content, or resell access without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

3. Credits, subscriptions & billing

Free accounts receive daily credits as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage renewals and invoices from the billing dashboard. Prices may change; we will provide at least 15 days’ notice of any increase. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. AI Resumes retains ownership of the platform, templates, generated layouts, and associated intellectual property. When you export generated content you receive a license to use it for personal application purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

AI Resumes is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees of job placement or interview success. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve matters amicably.
